My 1th Make-up tutorial...

Last night I had so much pain in my ears and throat that I couldn't sleep, so I used the time on something else: I made this little "piece of art":

So, what I did: I simply cut pics from old magazines (mainly GLAMOUR UK) and glued them onto a white paper. Then I just framed it whit this pale golden frame that I have had in my closet for ages.. ♥

They say u're supposed to try everything once: So I made a make-up tutorial on how to create the classic "Smokey-eyes" look on warm colours, using pink and shades of brown.. ♥

Looks really good especially on those who have brown eyes!

PS. notice: I found the sun ♥

A quick walk-thru:From pic 1-2. I applied the base: Including light pen, foundation, powder and a hint of white eyeshadow to cover the darkest circles around the eyes.3. I added A LOT of white kajal pen into the inner corner of the eye and also inside it! 4. Discover those eyebrows (really important if u're blonde like I am...) Notice that now I also added a pink eyeshadow from Rimmel to the moving part of the eyelid.On pic 5 I added brown Chanel eyeshadow to the outer corner of the eye and drew a partial line under on the lower eyelid.

I also added Max Factor's masterpiece shimmer/eyeshadow onto the arc of the eye. (pic 6)

On picture no. 7 I added Lancôme mascara & LUMENE natural code eyeliner...

And in the pictures 8 and 9 I just added the cat look to the kajal and the fake lashes to finish the make-up!

It's The Little Things... ♥

Heyy! I'm exhausted, but still decided to write something quick. Even tho yest I still had some fever I still went to this big exam (4h..) this morning. To be honest I think I did quite well. . Then umm..


oh yes, I had my cheerpractise ♥ it was lovely, I really love to do it. and at the same time I still sometimes hate that I love it so. Reminds me of this video..



...still, having ur team mates around you and going thru bad and good times and failures and victories... cheerleading takes my time and energy, but gives me So Much. I ♥ IT.

So enough with that "nonsense" = after my cheerpractise I went to the centrum for some small shopping.. and I got a petite plastic bag with one small ring(size xs / 16mm (I have small fingers and I never seem to find rings from commercial stores.. I need to go to the real jewellery stores..) and a little bottle of neonpink nailpolish. (I'm going out tomorrow! ♥)

Then I also tried on Dior Nude mineral foundation (shade 020). A year ago I used it all the time, but it was so expensive, so I had to find a cheeper brand. and now I saw it in the make-up counter, and I had to try it on... and It feels like silk, looks like silk and works like a dream.. I know what I'm buying from the Airport, when going to London!! I think I'm also gonna pick the newest John Galliano perfume Parlez-moi D'Amour "Speak to me about love" and YSL Rouge Volupte no. 19 Frivolous Pink ♥

Cabin fever?

Still sickISH. I've been home all day.

No, actually I did go to the supermarket for like 10 mins to pick up milk for my Cafe Latte..
And my sis drop my nephew here for a sleepover before going to this wedding. So I did her hairdo and then I've just been babysitting..

Those nails are.. how would I say it? a Bit over the top, perhaps? Well.. I was just supposed to do my cuticles.. but then I started applying color.. and. oops? And btw that My Little Pony balloon is mine. My sis bought it for my 2 years ago.. The nails just happened to match with it! ♥

Tonight I was supposed to go to a bar with the guys. But. As said, I'm still sick. Tomorrow I'll go out, no matter what!!! or else I'll go totally insane (with my mother......)

hopefully I'll have something interesting to tell you tomorrow, these "i'm sick" posts couldn't be more Lame.. :/

Shopping (once again...)

It's the most sugariest time of the year AGAIN. And after two days of eating like never before I desided: I, Tara, will promise not to eat ANY treats before my gratuation. which is on the 2.6.2012!

 after that I really picked myself up.. Yesterday I ran 4 km and only ate an apple, and today I walked for like 4-5 h (shopping..) and ate a banana and an apple.. :) I still need to do some hardcore stretching, since I have a cheerleading tryouts for a better squat on the 9th of january.. I gotta really work my ass off to get in.. :/

Today the stores finally opened in Helsinki and we hit the centrum with my bestfriend S.

I bought a cute star-pattern see-through dress-top-tunika THING from ONLY. Then because it was a seethrough, I needed to buy a black bandeau bra (from MONKI) to go with it... and a new bellyring (from cypershop) ;)

and then ofcourse I bought some makeup from Makeup Store (lip pencil called 'Cherie' which I already had before, but lost---) and a small water green (extremely finnish) vase 'Mariskooli' from Iittala.
